The Company has always aimed at guaranteeing authentic, constant and noticeable quality. To that end, the Company avails itself of state-of-the-art technology to find solutions to increase the efficiency of and the control over processing procedures, with a view to providing products characterised by constant quality. More importantly, though, quality is controlled at every single stage, ever since the selection of raw materials that follows chemical and quality analyses. These objectives have been aimed at through the implementation of a Quality Management System involving all operational processes, in accordance with the requisites set by the ISO 9001: 2000 norm. Each company department is equipped with professional and technological resources apt to achieve the quality standards that are necessary to meet the expectations of most demanding customers on our products. The Quality Management System further confirmed its efficiency when it allowed Principe di San Daniele to pass the rigid quality controls on food exportation to the United States and Japan.
